Frank has held international marketing positions with Matra Groupe and Ingersoll-Rand and helped
drive new product development in both organizations. His engineering background and strong problem-solving skills have enabled
him to lead innovation efforts across a wide range of industries including consumer-packaged goods, computer hardware and
software, entertainment, financial services, and document management equipment and services.
Other professional experience
Frank has long been fascinated by inventors and the invention process. He is a past
Vice President of the Inventors Association of New England and has earned two patents.
Frank believes strongly in leveraging the power of diversity in teams, and that teams own
what they help create. He has a broad range of research experience with consumers from young children to aging boomers,
and his technical background makes him a natural fit for conducting research in technical fields. He has helped teams
innovate in industries ranging from beverages, to printing, to dentistry and retail operations.
Frank, his wife and their three sons live near the ocean in Southern Maine. Frank is an
enthusiastic Cub Scout leader and his oldest son recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
